You also need to drink a lot of water with this diet, they recommend ten glasses as a minimum. By the end of the week you should have lost your extra weight. Do not under any circumstances continue with this diet any longer than seven days – it could be wise to check with your physician before attempting such a rigid weight loss diet.

When people are desparate to lose weight quickly they can be tempted into following all kinds of diets that promise a fast weight loss. These diets are not the best way to deal with excess weight, as they provide only a quick loss, and are not safe to follow long term.

However, if you are looking for fast ways to lose weight that you can follow for just a short period (after checking with your physician), then they can have merits.
